SUBJECT: Change order discipline

Effective immediately, every change order must be entered the week it is authorized and invoiced within 30 days of completion. We are carrying nearly half a million dollars of completed but un-invoiced change order work, and a disproportionate share of it sits under a single PM's jobs. This is working capital we have already spent.

Reminder per subcontract terms: verbal authorization is not sufficient for sub change orders.
